SC Gaby’s pizza SRL is a production company that wants to fulfill the wishes of the customers, offering them quality products at a reasonable price. The company’s work will focus on the production of pizza and other pastry products.

SC Gaby’s pizza SRL will set a price equal to smaller than the market’s prices, and our product’s quality will be treated with great seriosity.

According to studies, Bistrita market is a growing market, characterized by a strong demand for such products. Our target costumers will be people between 16-45 years.

2. Introduction

This business plan is based on the idea of opening a pizza restaurant. The pizza restaurant will be opened in the East part of Bistrita City. Already in a continuous development, the town has a population of approximately 83.000 inhabitants, a pizza restaurant will have a great chance of succes becouse there are only 3 pizza restaurants in the central area of the city. Besides the existence of local clients that will serve pizza, other clients can order by phone and fast distribution both in town and in the near by villages.

The prices will be accessible to all of our consumers, but there will be pizza with exotic ingredients at higher prices, and other similar products. Also, the restaurant will sell soft drinks, and drinks with low alcohol content like beer and cocktails. The place will be open non-stop, working hours are 10-24.

3. The Description of the business

I think this idea is quite attractive to potential investors, I predict the investment will be amortized in about 6 years depending on the success of the restaurant, the pessimistic prediction is a 8 year amortization.

If the business works well, I will take into account a possible increase of business by opening more locations. Restaurants will be opened in all villages and towns on the periphery of Bistrita, possibly another one in Bistrita, in the West side of the town becouse there is only one pizza restaurant in that part of the town.

The place will have 200 square meters, separated in 3 rooms: the mail room where costumers could serve pizza (it will be divided into 2 rooms, a room for smokers and one for non-smokers), a kitchen and a separate bathroom for men and women. The kitchen will be more than 60 square meters and will include 3 ovens for pizza preparation and the equipment required to prepare pizza acording to the best standards.

The restaurant will have 10 tables and will be decorated in such a way so that we can revive the atmosphere of ancient Greece, and special relaxing music . That way, besides the regular customers, we may have customers that like ancient history.

The Company’s personnel will be formed by: the director, administrator, an accountant, 2 pizza chefs, 2 sellers, a person to wash dishes, a maid, and bodyguard to help maintain the order inside the restaurant.

The company will have 2 persons that will deliver pizza to our customer’s homes using scooters that will keep the pizza fresh. For employment, the minimum requirement is to possess a driving license class A, making the deliverys with 2 scooters. The accounant will take care of the documents, the minimum requirement is a economic college.

Our pizza’s will be made by 2 experienced chefs and served by 2 sellers. The sallary varies depending on the volume of sales.
