Society today is under the effect of a wave of stress and lack of free time.In a city like Bucharest people are always busy.The whole life of the citizens is in a continuous run and exhaustion. College and work require a great commitment for those who want to create a successful career and therefore they have little time for their everyday problems,such as daily or weekly shopping necessary. Personal time spent shopping and purchase a gift for a onomastic is increasingly short or almost nonexistent.

Therefore services segment has grown increasingly more in support of these people. Thus SC EcoShopping Company Ltd. opened to help business people dedicated their careers, and more. Our services consist in the achievement of food shopping, in large supermarkets such as Real, Cora, Billa, Carrefour, Mega Image, Metro and Selgros and the purchase of a gift when our customers do not have time for this.

SC EcoShopping Company Ltd. has main field of activity in services delivery, but it is currently in the process of establishing legally binding.

Mission. The company was born of the desire of some students to develop a business on a field with great potential applicability, because it does not require a high level of financial resources. Like any new company founded we want to win customers' trust through high quality services but also through attractive and truthfully advertising.

We believe better than other companies because we really get involve in our work and we try to satisfy customers as well.

Objectives. First we do not want to get a very large profit, because we have a realistic vision, but we want to establish a respected and appreciated position in the market services. Our headquarters is in Bucharest and therefore our services are stretched just to reach the city.

Shopping made will be delivered to the customer at home with the two cars available to us. Bucharest is a city in continuous development and therefore we must adapt to environmental changes, whatever they may be, in order to survive.

2. Marketing Plan

Market. In recent years, Romania developed very much in the home delivery. In a surfeit city like Bucharest it always guarantee the success of such firms. The advantage of a system that offers home delivery refers to a daily sales volume relatively constant, because the consumer is not hit by restrictions such as weather conditions, convenience, hours of operation, or other unforeseen events that prevent the movement. Differentiation between the many companies that provide such services include:

-originality services;

-promptly;

- seriously;

- punctuality;

- advantageous tender;

- maximum availability (18/24 hours).

Clients. Our services are exclusively aimed at individuals. To ensure quality of services offered we tried to separate segment of the market in 4 poles:

- businessmen;

- students;

- persons with disabilities;

- pensioners.

For a better view of the company we will discuss the 4P of marketing mix: product, promotion, placement and price.

Product. In our case, shopping services will refer to simple shopping related to domestic use but also shopping related to choosing a suitable gift or simply to transport goods which are limited to gauge our machines. Our services are divided into several categories depending on the time of delivery:

- The emergency services. They are made after receipt of order and time varies depending on the size of the order, instead of purchasing products and the address;

- Services performed in 12 or 24 hours. These deliveries will be made at 12 or 24 hours from receipt of command;

- Free services. They will deliver on the date and time of day the customer wants to receive command but he can also eighth for the delivery of a gift to another person than the one who made the order.

Placement. Placement refers to the distribution and logistics. Delivery will be made with the 2 cars that the firm has: Volkswagen Caddy and Dacia Logan, but for smaller deliveries transport can be made by means of transport in common ,because they prove to be sometimes more efficient. Also, it can resort to means of transport in common if we have more orders and
