La norme europeenne EN 10027 definit,

en combinaison avec la communication

ECISS IC10, la maniere de designer

les sortes d'acier. Le tableau 1 reprend

les symboles usuels pour les aciers

de construction.

Aciers de construction

Les nuances des aciers de construction

disponibles et conformes aux normes

europeennes et americaines sont reprises

aux tableaux 2, 3 (EN) et 4 (ASTM).

D'autres nuances suivant les normes

japonaises (JIS) et canadiennes (CSA) sont

disponibles sur demande.

Le tableau 5 donne une liste de correspondance

des designations suivant Euronormes

et HISTAR avec les designations americaines,

canadiennes, japonaises et nationales

europeennes anterieures.

Les aciers contiennent typiquement une

teneur en silicium comprise entre 0.15%

et 0.25%, et sont donc aptes a la galvanisation

au trempe (diagramme 1). Leur

teneur en phosphore etant habituellement

inferieure a 0.040 %, celle-ci n'a pas d'influence

sur l'epaisseur finale du revetement

dans la plage de Si consideree.

Steel Grades

Designation system

for steels

The European standard EN 10027 defines,

in combination with the ECISS communication

IC10, the designation system

for steel grades. The usual symbols for

structural steels are shown in table 1.

Structural Steels

The available structural steel grades according

to European and American standards

are shown in tables 2, 3 (EN), and 4 (ASTM).

Other grades according to Japanese (JIS)

and Canadian (CSA) standards are available

upon request.

Table 5 shows a list of corresponding designations

between the European standards

as well as the HISTAR grades with

those from the American, Canadian, Japanese

and the former national European

standards.

The steels are typically delivered with a

Si content ranging between 0.15% and

0.25%, and are as such suitable for galvanization

(diagram 1). As the phosphorus

content of these steels is usually lower

than 0.040%, it does not have any influence

on the final thickness of the coating

in the considered Si range.

Die Guten nach japanischen (JIS) und

kanadischen (CSA) Normen konnen auf

Anfrage geliefert werden.

Tabelle 5 enthalt eine Liste der Bezeichnungen

vergleichbarer Stahle zwischen den

europaischen Normen sowie den HISTAR

Guten mit den Bezeichnungen nach amerikanischen,

kanadischen, japanischen und

fruheren nationalen europaischen Normen.

Die Baustahle werden im Normalfall mit

einem Siliziumgehalt von 0.15% - 0.25%

geliefert. Sie sind daher zum Feuerverzinken

geeignet (Diagramm 1). Der Gehalt an Phosphor

liegt gewohnlich unter 0.040% und

hat bei den betrachteten Si-Werten keinen

Einfluss auf die Endstarke des Uberzugs.
