Krosac did these complex maneuvers to buy himself time-in fact it was the only thing he could do in his case to buy some time .And what motive he could have had? At this time only two assumptions run through my mind. First: there was a dangerous object for Krosac which he had to take with any price later because from a certain cause which we obviously don't know he couldn't have taken it that night Second: There was an object which he would have wanted to bring it back here later, an object that he could not bring it back that night.
